2. Peel away plastic layer of the Silicone Patch to reveal adhesive
3. Stick Silicone Patch on target area, adhesive side on skin
4. Wear while you sleep for best results or 1-2 hours for a boost
5. After use, gently peel off Patches and place adhesive side down on the packaging
