Cancellation Policy

We process orders quickly, so if you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing hello@wrinklesschminkles.com with your name and order number.

If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and refund the full amount you paid, including any shipping charges and sales tax.

Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You can still return eligible products under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

When you join Subscribe & Save, you choose how often you want your products delivered. Your subscription renews automatically at that frequency, and we charge the payment method on file at the then-current subscription price, plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges, until you cancel.

You can cancel your subscription online at any time, with no cancellation fee, by logging in to your account and selecting Manage Subscriptions. You do not need to call us to cancel. You can also cancel by emailing hello@wrinklesschminkles.com.

You can also pause your subscription, skip an order, change your products or delivery frequency, or update your payment and shipping details in your account at any time.

Your next order date is shown in your account. To cancel, skip, or change an upcoming order, please do so before that date. If an order has already been processed, it will ship as normal and your change will apply from the following order. You can return eligible products from that order under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

When you cancel, we will send you an email confirming the cancellation. You will not be charged for any further subscription orders after your cancellation takes effect.

If we change the price or other material terms of Subscribe & Save, we will notify you before the change takes effect, as required by applicable law, so that you can cancel if you do not wish to continue.

If your payment method is declined when we process a subscription order, we will let you know and ask you to update it. If a valid payment method is not provided, that order will not be processed.

We may cancel an order before it ships, for example if a product is out of stock, was listed at an incorrect price, or if we suspect fraud, as described in our Terms and Conditions. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the full amount paid.

Refunds for cancelled orders are issued to your original payment method. Once we have processed your refund, it may take several business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law. Our Terms and Conditions, including the dispute resolution section, apply to all orders and subscriptions.
